Accident black spot

Accident black spot,

I walk in to work. On the way, there is a roundabout that appears to be a bit of an accident blackspot.
About every other month, I notice signs of an accident. It never seems to be a big accident - in one case a fence was broken and in another, a traffic sign was knocked down, but it's an odd place for an accident.
It's far enough away from the roundabout that the driver should be driving in a straight line, and the tracks on the grass are in the wrong direction anyway.
This photo is the remnants of today's accident.
