Dell netbook
Aug. 19th, 2009 01:59 pmLast week, I received my Dell Mini10v netbook, only to discover that it was faulty and would hang shorty after starting up.
I returned it to Dell for fixing, and I got the fixed netbook back this morning. Unfortunately, it's still broken. Actually it's odd.
When I purchased it, I went for the 8GB SSD, as I didn't want a HDD that might get bounced into oblivion, and I didn't need large amounts of storage - just enough for a few documents.
What I got back, had a 60GB HDD, and a habit of repeating exactly the same error that caused me to send it in for repairs.
Given that it's still broken after a fix, can I insist on returning the netbook and a refund of my money, or do I have to let them try again?
