Mar. 9th, 2008 07:57 pmI may have realised one cause of some of my problems. It's too dark here in my flat. As a result of this, I sort of lose energy and life when the sun goes down.
This may be the fault of my current light bulb. It's one of those energy saving fluorescent bulbs, but I don't like it. It's too yellow, rather than a proper white, and despite it being the most powerful one I could find, it's nowhere near as bright as the one it replaced. I'm very tempted to change back to a non-energy saving bulb.
