Odd corelation
Jan. 26th, 2006 11:00 amI've just noticed something odd, that might be slightly worrying.
There appears to be a correlation between my mood, and whether or not I take my "brain food[0]" in the morning. If I take it, I seem to have more energy and be more positive, while it I skip it, I'm negative and listless.
While it's good news that this stuff appears to work, it's worry as to what it says about my diet, and how fast my brain responds to stuff that is meant to be long term.
I'll have to look at this further to see if it is a true correlation, or just a coincidence.
