Makeup

When putting on makeup, I tend to scatter the powder around a bit. Does anyone know if you can get some sort of cape to wear while applying make-up to protect your clothes. If you the top on afterwards, you can spoil the makeup.
What I'm thinking of is something like what hairdressers use, with holes for you hands to come through, so you can actually apply your make-up.
